Dear families,
As we kick off into an extra long weekend, I wanted to quickly touch base about what's ahead for our school district and your child's education. How can we make things better? What should we strive for, both in the short and long terms?
2021 sees the start of a new Strategic Plan for the Sooke School District. The Strategic Plan contains the Board of Education's overall vision and goals that they want the school district to work towards. The Plan is important! It guides decision-making, budget use and the activities found in the annual Operational Plan.
From April 1 – 16, we want to hear your thoughts on what SD62 should set its sights on for the next 3-5 years.

We’re hoping to connect with the whole community to gather views on what people think should be our key priorities. We encourage parents/guardians, students, staff and anyone else to provide your views to help shape our future.

Responses to the survey will be used to make suggestions to the Board of Education on what the SD62 community considers should be in the revised strategic plan. All responses provided will be anonymous.
