Criteria:
1) Open to anyone, but preference will be given to someone pursuing a career in the trades.
2) Student must achieve grades that will allow him/her to attend a post secondary institution in the field of his/her choice and a high academic standing is not required to apply.
3) Applicants must show a willingness to help others, mentor others, have a positive attitude, and have contributed to the success of their program(s) in pursuit of their chosen field.
4) Financial need will be considered, but is not the primary selection criteria.
Students must show proof of enrollment in a post-secondary program and will have two years to claim the bursary. Bursary funds may be used for tuition, books, tools, etc.
The updated application form for SCHOOL Awards will be available in mid-April.
