District Scholarships reward graduating students for excellence in any of the following areas:
- Fine Arts (e.g. visual arts, dance, drama, music)
- Applied Design, Skills, and Technologies (e.g. business education, technology education, home ec.)
- Physical Activity and Health (e.g. athletics, fitness, outdoor education, dance, gymnastics, not limited to Physical Education)
- International Languages
- Indigenous Language and Culture (demonstrated at school or in the community)
- Community Service (Volunteer Activity, which includes awareness of local, global, and cultural issues)
- Technical & Trades Training (e.g. robotics, coding, carpentry, automotive mechanics, culinary arts)
See the application form for details regarding application requirements. You may apply under more than one category, but a separate application is required for each category. If you submit multiple applications, you can be awarded only one District Scholarship.
Application requirements include TWO references. These can be letters of reference OR you may have two references complete a District Scholarship Reference Form.

NOTE: Students applying for International Languages must include a video or audio submission that clearly demonstrates their proficiency in the target language.
