Lou Williamson Jazz Award

The award is for an outstanding graduating secondary student from Greater Victoria or the Gulf Islands planning to continue their music studies in Jazz.  Vocalists are not eligible for this award. 

The completed application must be submitted to the Victoria Jazz Society no later than May 23, 2025.  The application must be submitted by email to info@jazzvictoria.ca, with a subject line that includes “Lou Williamson Scholarship Award”. Only digital submissions will be accepted. • Incomplete applications will not be considered. • The successful applicant will be notified and receive the scholarship in June at a presentation during the 2025 TD Victoria International Jazz Fest.
